I perform signings 7 days a week including holidays in many counties of Ohio. **Some are subject to travel fees. Proper ID is always required for all notary services. Air Force Veteran.

**IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING THE TRANSFER OF AN OHIO VEHICLE TITLE - PLEASE READ!! All title transfers are executed in full compliance with Ohio laws. 1. The seller MUST personally appear, and sign the title in the presence of the notary 2. All blank spaces in the Assignment of Ownership section must be completed - there is no such thing as an "open" title. 3. Notary is required to administer an oath/affirmation to the seller, who attests to the truthfulness of the title information. 4. Traded vehicles must still have a dollar value assigned to them. Don't be a party to fraud! Do NOT accept an Ohio vehicle title that has been signed by the seller, but has not had the signature notarized!
